Phoenix Hair Products Shipping Policy
Order processing :
All orders are processed within 0 to 3 business days of receiving your order confirmation email, excluding weekends and holidays. You will receive an email notification when your order has shipped.
Check order status:
Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us with a tracking number. Please allow 72 hours for the tracking information to become available. If you have not received your order within 7 days of receiving the shipping confirmation, please contact us at info@phoenixhairproducts.nl with your name and order number.
Shipping and Delivery:
Orders are shipped via DHL within the Netherlands and Belgium. Shipping costs are €5.95 for the Netherlands and €8.95 for Belgium. Orders over €39.95 enjoy free shipping. DHL delivers to Belgium Monday through Friday and to the Netherlands Monday through Saturday. Please note: exact delivery times may vary depending on package size and delivery address.
Ordered on:
- Monday before 3pm = delivered on Tuesday
- Tuesday before 3pm = delivered on Wednesday
- Wednesday before 3pm = delivered on Thursday
- Thursday before 3pm = delivered on Friday
- Friday before 3pm = delivered on Saturday
- Saturday & Sunday = delivered on Tuesday
Please note that delivery times may vary due to unforeseen circumstances with the postal carrier. Orders from Belgium may take an additional 1 to 2 days.

If you received a damaged or incorrect product, please contact our customer service team as soon as possible. We will do our best to resolve the issue quickly and ensure you are satisfied with your order. This may include sending a replacement, arranging a refund, or offering another appropriate solution, depending on the situation.
